ORDER

This petition is filed seeking writ of mandamus, forbearing the respondents from interfering with the works of the petitioner in RMP-Homeopathy.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that so far no complaint has been received against this petitioner and no enquiry is also pending. So, the question of interfering with the works of the petitioner by the respondents may not arise.

3.In the light of the aforesaid submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this petition stands disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout her remedy before the appropriate Court through appropriate proceedings, if any trouble arises in future. No costs.
