For Respondent : Mr.K.Suyambulinga Bharathi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Section 438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- For an Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.193 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/accused, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of IPC r/w.34 of IPC seeks anticipatory bail. 2.Though the case was registered in the year 2014 the petitioner was arrested and subsequently released on bail. The petitioner failed to appear before the Court below, due to which Non Bailable Warrant was issued against the petitioner and the same is pending.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) submitted that Non Bailable Warrant was issued on 04.10.2019 and yet to be executed.

4. In view of the fact that the petitioner has not appeared 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.13091 of 2020 before the trial court and the trial is unable to commence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

5. Hence this petition stands dismissed.
