Crl.O.P.(MD).No.13120 of 2021 housing land in Grama Survey No.401/8 having Housing Patta No.192 and also for protection of life of petitioner and his family members from the respondents 4 to 8 based on his representation dated 26.08.2021.
2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that enquiry was conducted and closed on 26.10.2021. 3.In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
