This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members as well as to the property situated in Survey No.116-B for extent of 3 cents, at East Street,Perugamani Village, Srirangam Taluk
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits both the parties appeared before the respondent police for enquiry and during enquiry both of them agreed to survey the land with the help of the surveyor, hence the petition was closed.
