Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying to allow this Civil Revision Petition seeking for speedy disposal of final decree petition in I.A.No.682 of 2005 in O.S.No.273 of 1998 on the file of the Learned Principal District Munsif Court, Valliyoor, Tirunelveli District. ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing arguments and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.S.R.Anbauasu, Advocate for the Petitioners and this Court made the following order:

By letter dated 12.02.2019, the learned Principal District Munsif Court, Valliyoor has requested further time of two months to dispose the case in O.S.No.273 of 1998.

2.Considering the aforesaid request, time is extended further for a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 25.09.2018.
