ORDER
This writ petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 11.07.2022 .
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that on receiving the petitioner's representation, CSR.No.534 of 2022 has been assigned and summon has also been issued for both the parties.
3.Recording the same, the third respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry based on the representation, dated 11.07.2022, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4
4.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
