ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed for extension of time for compliance of the conditional order passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.7109 of 2025 dated 21.04.2025.

2. The learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that due to ill health, the petitioner is unable to comply with the direction within the stipulated time. Due to his physical condition, he could not appear before the concerned Magistrate. For the said reason only, he is unable to comply the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.7109 of 2025 dated 21.04.2025. Hence, he prayed to extend the time period, by allowing this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Court is inclined to extend the time period. Accordingly, further period of two weeks is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/3
