The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay bill amount of Rs.7.80 lakhs( Seven Lakhs and Eighty Thousand Rupees) for the construction work done by the petitioner based on the representation sent by the petitioner dated 20.02.2017. 2.Heard Mr.B.Christopher, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr.S.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate, appearing for the second respondent would submit that the petitioner was already paid Rs.7,76,230/- (Rupees seven lakhs seventy six thousand two hundred and thirty only) by the second respondent and has also produced the letter issued by the second respondent dated 12.06.2017.

4. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
