ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/ A1 and A3, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b),324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.136 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute the petitioners herein abused the defacto complainant in filthy language, assaulted him and threatened with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3. Heard both side and perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report. It is reported that the injured is still taking treatment in the hospital and leg was fractured.

4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that injured is still taking treatment in the hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

5. Hence the petition stands dismissed.
