ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to instruct the private respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry based on the representation, dated 20.07.2022. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the third respondent against the petitioner alleging that the petitioner is grabbing his land. Thereafter, the third respondent has gave a requisition to transfer his complaint to Land Grabbing Cell. On that basis, his complaint was transferred to Land Grabbing Cell.

3.Recording the said submissions, the second respondent is hereby directed to enquiry the complaint given by the third respondent in accordance with law and also consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.07.2022 and complete the enquiry, within a period of four weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
