ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No.964 of 2020 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) made a submission that the petitioner is having four previous cases which all are relating to robbery and murder.

CRL OP(MD). No.13076 of 2020 4.In view of the fact that the petitioner is a habitual offender and having a number of previous cases, it is not preferable to consider the petitioner for anticipatory bail. Therefore, the criminal original petition stands dismissed.
