ORDER
This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 to 2 herein to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, on the basis of the representation, dated 11.06.2022. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.06.2022.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the petitioner's representation, dated 11.06.2022, CSR.No.352 of 2022 has been assigned and the enquiry is in progress.
4.Recording the same, the second respondent police is directed to take suitable action upon the representation, dated 11.06.2022, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of 2/4
a copy of this order.
5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
