RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11346 of 2020 dated 14.10.2020 that to allow the petitioners to execute bond with common sureties instead of executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten thousand only) each with two blood relative sureties. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.R.PON KARTHIKEYAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11346 of 2020, dated 14.10.2020.

2.This Court by an order dated 14.10.2020 granted bail to the petitioners with a condition to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-each with two blood sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur. CRL MP(MD) No.6042 of 2020 blood relatives of the petitioners are arrayed as Accused, hence they are unable to produce blood related sureties before the learned Magistrate. Hence he seeks modification.

3.Taking into consideration the above facts the condition imposed by this Court directing the petitioners to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two blood related sureties is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall to execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/-with two sureties each for the likesum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruchendur.
