ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A4, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 120(B), 420 IPC in Crime No.17 of 2023 on 1/3

the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant was working in accused persons company and the company collected Rs.3.5 Crores from 3,000 persons and thereafter, failed to repay the same. Hence, the case. 3.Heard both sides and perused the materials available in the record. 4.It is seen that the petitioner and other accused persons collected Rs.1,000/- from 3,000 persons and thereafter failed to return the same. That apart, the petitioner is having five previous cases. Hence, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much required in this case. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
