PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to revise the petitioner's last drawn scale of pay in the post of Checking Inspector from the scale of pay of Rs.5200-20200+2450/- to the scale of pay of Rs.9300-34800+4300/- with effect from 27.10.2012 and consequently, to direct the respondents to revise the petitioner's pension and to pay difference amount in pension with arrears and continue to pay pension in terms of the pay revision granted for the Checking Inspectors in the 13th wage settlement signed under section 12(3) of the I.D.Act, dated 04.01.2018.

2.The petitioner shall be granted wage revision as per the above stated 12(3) settlement, if the petitioner is coming within the purview of the settlement and the conditions prescribed there under. The said consideration shall be completed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.With the above said observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
