Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the Learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents submitted that they have complied with the Order passed by this Court and in support of his contention he has circulated a letter, dated 24.10.2024. However, the Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he has not received any salary. Therefore, the 2/5

respondents are directed to disburse the salary at earliest. In case, salary was not received, the petitioner is at liberty to reopen this Contempt.
