Respondents This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to approve the petitioner's appointment as Office Assistnat in 4th respondent school from the date of joining on 21.09.2015 based on the proposal sent by the fourth respondent dated 28.07.2016 and to pay all the service and monetary benefits. ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to approve the petitioner's appointment as Office Assistant in 4th respondent school from the date of joining on 21.09.2015, based on the proposal, dated 28.07.2016, sent by the fourth respondent and to pay all the service and monetary benefits.

The fourth respondent School sent the proposal to the respondents only on 28.07.2016. This Court is at a loss to understand, without even giving a reasonable time to act upon the said proposal, as to how the petitioner has been advised to approach this Court for the relief stated supra. Therefore, at this stage, the Writ Petition cannot be entertained and it is liable to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however, there shall be no order as to costs.
