O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed, seeking to forbear the first respondent from in any way interfering with the petitioner's peaceful conduct of the administration as a Poosari and hereditary trustee of the Angalamman Temple situated in T.S.No.2194 at Sakkanaicken Street, Thanjavur.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to work out his remedy before the competent Civil Court and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the above submission and endorsement made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for by the petitioner. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
