ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/Accused Nos.1 & 2, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 465, 468, 471, 474, 506(i) and 120(B) of IPC, in Crime No.25 of 2020, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that there is a scope for settling the issue and therefore, they have filed the present petition.

3. Mr.R.Gandhi, learned counsel sought permission of this Court to file an application for intervening and submits that earlier the first petitioner/A1 filed an application for anticipatory bail and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

that was dismissed by this Court on 28.09.2020 with a cost of Rs.5,000/-. Thereafter, this petitioners and another accused viz., Praveen filed an application in Crl.O.P(MD)No.14070 of 2020 and the same was also dismissed by this Court on 11.12.2020. Thereafter, these petitioners and another accused filed an application in Crl.O.P(MD)No.842 of 2021 and that petition was also dismissed by this Court on 16.03.2021. Again, by suppressing all the facts, the petitioners have filed the present petition without any change of circumstances.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent submitted that there is no change of circumstances.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioners is also not in a position to state the change of circumstance, which entitles the petitioners for moving this anticipatory bail Petition. In this view of the matter, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
