The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay bill amount of Rs.8.00 Lakhs (Rupees Eight Lakhs) for the construction work done by the petitioner based on the representation sent by the petitioner dated 20.02.2017. 2.Heard Mr.B.Christopher, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Muthukaruppan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and Mr.S.Muthukannan, learned Government Advocate appearing for the second respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate, appearing for the second respondent would submit that with regard to the demand made by the petitioner in the Writ petition, the second respondent would consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.02.2017, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. His submission has also recorded.

4. In view of the above submission, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
