ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who are arrayed as A1 to A4, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 498(a) and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No. Not known of 2020, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that petition enquiry is pending against the petitioners.

No.13071 of 2020 3.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and if any prima facie case is made out against the petitioners, the respondent police shall register the First Information Report.
