ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the respondent to furnish the particular of the extent taken for assessment, consequently include the entire extent of 382 sq.mts, 3821 sq. ft. in T.S.No. 470/1(Part - B) at West Veli Street, Opposite to Madurai Junction Railway Station, Madurai District based on the representation dated 29.01.2025.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submits that the representation of the petitioner, dated 29.01.2025 will be considered and disposed of on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month.

Recording the same, the writ petition stands disposed of by directing the respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 29.01.2025 within a period of one month on merits and in accordance with law from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
