This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to accept the tender documents of the petitioner for the works connected for road work for the year 2016-2017 mentioned in the scheme S1.37 Thai II Road Kunnadarkovil Pack 3 (2017-RDTIN-69731-1) e-tender dated 10.03.2017, tank work in Thai MI Tank Kunnadarkovil pack 3 (2017RDTIN - 69821-1) e-tender dated 11.03.2017 and S1.No.44 Amma Park Package No.1 (2017-RDTN-69514-1) E-tender dated 09.03.2017 of the tender notification dated 10.03.2017 uploaded by the 3rd respondent, without insisting the production of certificate from the 4th respondent with regard to possession of machineries.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

It is represented that certificate was issued by the District Rural Development Agency, Pudukottai, on 23.03.2017 and the copy of the same has been produced before this Court. 4.In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the same, if so advised. No costs. Consequently, conneted W.M.P(MD) Nos.4060 and 4061 of 2017 are closed.
