PRAYER IN CRP(MD) No.2238 of 2008:- Civil Revision Petition is filed, under section 115 of civil procedure code, against the Judgment and award dated 07.03.2002 made in C.M.A.No.18 of 2001 on the file of the Sub-Court, Sankarankoil against the award dated 04.12.2000 made in A/930/2000 by the special Tahsildar, Adhi Dravidar Welfare Department, Sankarankoil. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.N.DAMODARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.J.GUNASEELAN MUTHIAH, Additional Government Pleader on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Heard.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to set aside the dismissal order dated 21.08.2018 made in C.R.P(MD)No.2238 of 2018.

2.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to set aside the dismissal order dated 21.08.2018 made in C.R.P(MD)No.2238 of 2018 subject to the payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees one thousand only) to the to the Legal Services Committee, attached to this Bench, on or before 18.02.2019, failing which this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to this Court.

3.This petition is accordingly ordered.

4. In the event of payment of cost, the Registry is directed to restore C.R.P(MD)No.2238 of 2018 and post the same on 20.02.2019 for hearing.
