: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records pertaining to the impugned detention order passed by the second respondent made in his proceedings in Cr.M.P.No.41/B.L./2018, dated 10.09.2018 in detaining the detenu under Section 2(b) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 as a Bootlegger and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu namely Harikrishnan, S/o.Rengasamy Rettiyar, Male, aged about 35 years, who is detained in Central Prison, Madurai, before this Court and set him at liberty.

ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Today, when the Habeas Corpus Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents produced a copy of the order in G.O.Rt.No.4672, Home, Prohibition & Excise (IX) Department, dated 24.10.2018, revoking the detention by the Advisory Board.

2. In view of the order dated 24.10.2018, nothing survives for adjudication in the Habeas Corpus Petition.
