ORDER
This Writ Petition came to be filed, seeking to direct the respondents 1 to 4 to not to lay any permanent cement concrete road in the petitioner's patta land comprised in Survey No.66/15, Kollampatti Village, Thuraiyur Taluk, Trichy District.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate for the respondents 1 to 3, the learned counsel for the 4th respondent and carefully perused the entire materials available on record.
3.The learned counsel appearing for the 4th respondent on the basis of para no.5 of the counter affidavit, submitted that as far as the laying road in their patta lands is concerned, the petitioner and one Selvaraj have already made their objections and hence, the 4th respondent had diligently excluded the patta lands belonging to the petitioner as well as Selvaraj and laid roads only in survey numbers for which, the land owners have already executed a gift deed in favour of the 4th respondent Panchayat namely, Kollappatti Village Panchayat. 2/4
4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he is satisfied on the submission made on behalf of the 4th respondent that the road will not be laid in Survey Nos.66/15, 66/14A and 66/14C. 5.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
