The learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition. He has made an endorsement to that effect and also circulated a letter dated 12.09.2016 to the Registry, wherein it has been stated as follows: "The above referred Writ petition has been filed by one Mrs.R.Pandiammal to initiate suitable action against the respondents 4 and 5 for unauthorisedly issuing tender notification in Na.Ka.No.271/2015 dated 04.07.2016 and consequent work orders etc. Now the petitioner is instructed me to withdraw the said case ."

2. In view of the letter dated 12.09.2016 circulated to the Registry and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
