MAHESWARAN.R, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10755 of 2022 dated 29.06.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

CRL MP(MD) No.8634 of 2022 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10755 of 2022 dated 29.06.2022 is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further order.
