Nursing course at Bharath College of Nursing, Palani, on the basis of the petiitoner's education loan online application dated 10.07.2016 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent to sanction a sum of Rs.3,56,000/- as educational loan to his daughter namely Gowsalya for pursuing her B.Sc. Nursing course at Bharath College of Nursing, Palani, on the basis of the petitioner's education loan online application dated 10.07.2016 within a time frame that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
2. According to the petitioner, he has filed an application for granting educational loan through on-line with the respondent Bank on 10.07.2016. Since the same was not considered, he has filed the present writ petition.
3.Today, Mr.S.Sethuraman, learned counsel appearing for the Bank submitted that the petitioner did not produce necessary documents to prove that his daughter is continuing the course. Hence, they are not in a position to consider the application. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner also agrees to submit all the documents as required by the Bank. 5.In the above circumstances, the petitioner is directed to submit all the required documents to the Bank within a period of one week from the date of receipt of copy of this order. On receipt of the documents, the respondent Bank is directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
6.With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
