ORDER : The Court made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 2.The petitioner is an accused in C.C.No.109 of 2017 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi for the offences under Section 379 of IPC r/w Section 34 of IPC. It appears that non bailable warrant was issued against the petitioner. Hence, the criminal original petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) made a submission that non bailable warrant against the petitioner is pending. This apart, four previous cases are pending.
