The petitioner has filed this application seeking a direction to the 1st and 2nd respondent police to expedite the investigation in connection with crime No.1 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent police. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) on instruction from the respondent police submits that the complaint of the petitioner was duly enquired and the same was closed on 15.03.2024. The closure report was also served on the petitioner on 15.03.2024.
