ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition as against the refusal slip dated 17.04.2023 issued by the second respondent.

2. The second respondent, by referring to Section 22B of the Registration Act, refused to register the document of the petitioner that the previous document No.1114/2008 was obtained by impersonation.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed an appeal before the Deputy Inspector General of Registration and therefore, he is not pressing this writ petition. The learned counsel for the petitioner has circulated a letter dated 12.07.2023 to the Registrar (Judicial), for withdrawing this writ petition.

4. Based on the letter dated 12.07.2023, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
