[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.] This petition is filed seeking to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed on the petitioner/A1 by the learned Special Court (POCSO Act cases), Dindigul, vide Judgment dated 16/05/2025 in Special SC No.90 of 2023 and to enlarge him on bail, pending disposal of the main criminal appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner has failed to make out a prima facie case for grant of suspension of sentence, hence we are of the opinion that it is not a fit case for grant of suspension of sentence to the petitioner/A1.

4. Accordingly this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.

5. Post the criminal appeal in the usual course for final hearing.
