The revision petitioner is seeking to come on record as the plaintiff in O.S.No.1316 of 1995 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Lalkudi.

2.It appears that the proceedings are in a state of freeze, in view of the missing of some applications of the year 2011. The Court below is directed to reconstruct the records and to get along with the suit. In any event, the suit of the year 1995 cannot be kept pending. Therefore, the Court below is directed to dispose of O.S.No.1316 of 1995 on the file of the Additional District Munsif, Lalkudi, within a period of one year from the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
