ORDER

The petitioner is accused in Crime No.34 of 2024 on the file of the 2nd respondent Police. The said case was registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) of SC/ST (POA) Act.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 24.02.2024 at about 09.00 p.m., the petitioners along with other accused the third respondent with cricket stump, caused injury and they have also threatened him. Hence, the case.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instruction from the respondent police submits that the petitioners along with other accused attacked the defacto complainant and 2/4

caused blood injury. Further, he submits that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Court concerned.

4. Considering the nature of injury sustained and the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to entertain this application. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 10.07.2024 Index : Yes / No.
