[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents to give necessary permission for conducting Adal Padal programme on 14.01.2017 in the village mentioned in the petition, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus.

2.Mr.M.Govindan, learned Special Government Pleader has taken notice for the respondents.

same has not been considered.

4.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, the following order can be passed.

5.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without cost. The second respondent viz., Inspector of Police, Sindhupatti Police Station, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District is strictly directed to look into the representation dated 07.01.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of one week.
