Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the proceedings in Miscellaneous Petition No.26 of 2019 on the file of the Joint Commissioner, HR & CE Department, Madurai in respect of the building situate in Door No.31 and Survey number 769/857 of an extent of 282 Sq ft, at Kottai Maidanam, Cumbam Village, Uthamapalayam Taluk, Theni District and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to conduct fresh enquiry with regard to the allegations made by the third respondent.
