COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners without following due process of law.
2. Mr.N.R. Balaji, learned counsel, takes notice for the third respondent.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners reiterated the contentions set out in the original petitions.
4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would state that, based on a complaint given by the third respondent, dated 03.10.2019 the respondent police has conducted enquiry and on enquiry found that it is a money dispute directed them to approach the civil forum which they agreed.
5. Recording the aforesaid submission, the Criminal Original Petitions are closed.
