ORDER

The petitioner filed this revision to direct the District Court, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputur to number the in un-numbered SMOP.No. Nil of 2021, which was returned on 11.08.2021 for the reason that the certificate of marriage to be produced.

2. The petitioner should represent the petition whether with a pleading that the marriage was registered or not. According to the petitioner, already he mentioned that marriage was not registered.

3. It is the duty of the petitioner to prove the marriage. Since it is only a return order, the learned District Judge, Virudhunagar District at Srivilliputur has to decide the matter in OP and pass a speaking order.

4. With the above observation, this Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs.
