The petitioner has approached this Court that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Criminal side) submits that the petitioner is a wanted accused in Crime No.230 of 2024, which has been registered for the offence under Sections 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC and 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s) and 3(2)(va) of SC/ST (POA) Act. 3.Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Criminal side), this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
