PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No.598 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A1, who was arrested on 05.08.2021, for the offence punishable under Section 25(1-A) of Arms Act, in Cr.No.598 of 2021 seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 04.08.2021, the petitioner and other accused were proceeding in a Car bearing Reg.No.TN42AH 4921 and during the vehicle check-up by the respondent Police, it is found that the accused persons possessed two swords with an intention to commit murder.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he never committed any offence as alleged by the respondent Police. However, he is languishing in jail from 05.08.2021. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner was dismissed by this Court.

5. Suppressing the dismissal of earlier bail petition filed by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed, with liberty to file a fresh petition.
