Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for directing the second respondent to file Final Report in Crime No. 188 of 2011.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that the FIR in Crime No. 188 of 2011 is pending from the year 2011, without filing the final report till date.

4. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the Final Report has been filed on 15.03.2018 before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Valliyoor, as 'action dropped'.

5. Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Howerver, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to circulate the copy of the final report to the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
