Mr.M.Karunanithi, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.1549 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025 in connection with the Crime No.391 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the petition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.1549 of 2025 dated 15.04.2025, is hereby modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Munneerpallam Police Station, Tirunelveli District weekly once on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
