This petition is filed seeking direction to the second respondent to conclude the enquiry in C.No.393/PG/Camp/COP/TRC/2021 dated 07.07.2021.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the complaint has been given on 07.07.2021, so far no enquiry has been undertaken by the second respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that enquiry has been undertaken by the third respondent herein and during the course of enquiry, it was found that the petitioner is not residing the address given in the petition and even his phone number is not furnished to the third respondent. The third respondent is not able to conclude the enquiry because of non cooperation of the petitioner.
