ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondents to instruct the 2nd respondent police to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of petitioner and his family members on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2021.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint of the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 01.02.2022.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
