This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.08.2021 for providing adequate police protection to the Petitioner and his family members.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the respondent police conducted detailed enquiry and the same was closed on 30.09.2021.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
