Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The respondent is directed to re-classify the petition mentioned land as a 'street' as directed in the petition mentioned orders passed by the Hon'ble Division Bench. This shall be done within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Writ Petition is disposed of, accordingly. No costs.
