*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Though the petitioner has sought a larger relief of issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the TASMAC [Construction and Building] located at "Thirupachatthi South, Saluppanodai Part, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivangangai District, at the time of arguments, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that it would be suffice, if a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2018 and pass appropriate orders within a time frame.

2. Considering the above, without going into the merits of the case, the first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 06.09.2018 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
