ORDER
The present petition has been filed seeking direction as against the respondents police not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.
2. It can be seen from the records, the petitioner is running an Ayurvedic Spa and according to him, the police officials are harassing him from performing his day-to-day activities.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents submits that as on today, there is no complaint as against the petitioner's spa. In case they receive any complaint, they will follow the provisions under Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956.
