O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.) The writ petitioner alleges that the respondents 4 to 6 herein have committed encroachment in the public road of Rojanagar area, Madakulam, Madurai City.

14.06.2016 in this regard seeking removal of the said encroachment.

2.We direct the second respondent to enquire into the matter. If any encroachment on public road or pathway has been committed, steps shall be taken to remove the same in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity to the encroachers concerned. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.This writ petition is disposed with the above direction. No costs.
